The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 50% the room rate as a cancellation fee if we could not sell the room more 2 days before the arrival date, then, we will charge you 100% amount.

Check-in starts from 12 PM (but if you arrive before 12 you are welcome home waiting for your room to be ready)
